Description: People immersed in bringing emotional intelligence to higher education will facilitate workshops to share a specific practice and/or process used successfully in colleges/universities.

>> Sessions are to be facilitated by pairs or groups bringing some aspects of intersectionality (eg students + faculty… facilitators from multiple countries… people of multiple racial or gender identities).

>> Workshop experiences should include EQ C&U focused processes that invite participants to actively, creatively, and reflectively engage in the virtual session for at least 75% of the time (ie, presenters speaking for 25% or less of the time).

>> Each session will end with a synthesis that will be recorded and shared to the EQ C&U 2022 library.

Main Activity
What is the main activity / exercise that will engage participants? How much of the time will participants be actively and creatively engaged in this exercise? We are seeking sessions that follow the "Two Ears & 1 Mouth Rule" for presenters -- in that most of the talking should be done by participants.
